Our 99 Canal st. location was in a primarily Fuzhounese neighborhood of Chinatown, right above the Fuzhou Senior Center Association. We took the opportunity to have our good friends The Fuzhou Sisters host one of their homemade Qing Hong tastings. Below is their description of the event.
